Hi. I have problems uploading files. From the web in its respective section or using the software FileZilla does not allow me to connect and upload my files.

Have you a screenshot please?
Can you change your FTP/site password under general settings three times in a row using the same password; then wait 5-10 minutes and try FTP then?
